A leading technology firm is looking for a candidate in Abu Dhabi to coordinate Workshop and Project teams effectively while ensuring adherence to timelines and project goals. The role requires an Engineering degree and preferably prior experience in a similar role. You'll be responsible for managing subcontractor relations, monitoring work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure collaboration between Workshop and Project Teams.
• Coordinate work order requisitions from the Project Engineer.
• Monitor material shortages and manhours related to work orders.
• Oversee fabrication schedule and project goals.
• Manage subcontractor relations and issue quotations.
• Engage in Project and Workshop Coordination meetings.
• Collaborate to maintain a Workshop Fabrication Plan.
• Provide technical assistance as needed.
• Submit weekly Workshop Labour Analysis Sheets.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies.
• Implement corrective actions for nonconformance.
• Lead incident investigations and promote safety.
• Inspect and maintain workshop equipment.
• Collaborate among subcontractors for QHSE activities.
• Work with managers to fulfill workshop requirements.
