Want More in Dubai is seeking an experienced Welder for our structural steel operations. You will weld and fabricate metal structures according to blueprints and specifications, with a focus on quality and safety.

The role requires at least 2 years of structural welding experience, proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick processes, and the ability to read plans. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates without experience.

Qualifications

Job Title: Welder- Structural Steel

We are currently seeking experienced Welders for our growing structural steel company in Dubai. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal structures according to blueprints and specifications. This position is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Pakistani and Filipino candidates.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of structural steel components
• Measure and mark cutting lines on metal materials using various tools such as rulers, squares, or templates
• Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using hand tools or machines
• Weld components together using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) according to project specifications
• Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
• Operate machinery such as grinders or shears to smooth out rough edges or excess material from welded parts
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear while working with hazardous equipment
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder in the structural steel industry
• Proficient in welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
• Familiarity with different types of steel materials and their properties
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates without experience

Salary

Starting salary of 1000$ per month with opportunities for growth within the company.

The position is located in Dubai but open to all nationalities.
