Job summary

SearchPlus HR seeks a highly qualified Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join a reputable UAE healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The role demands extensive cosmetic and reconstructive surgical expertise, exceptional technical skills, and a strong patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities include performing a wide range of procedures, conducting thorough consultations, planning individualized treatment plans, mentoring staff, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Western-qualified specialist (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or equivalent).
• Recognized Consultant-level qualification in Plastic Surgery.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant post-specialization experience.
• Proven expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong patient-centered approach and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of cosmetic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgical procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and pre-operative evaluations.
• Develop individualized surgical treatment plans based on patients' needs and expectations.
• Perform procedures such as rhinoplasty, facelift, breast augmentation, breast reduction, liposuction, abdominoplasty, and reconstructive surgery.
• Manage complex surgical cases, post-operative care, and potential complications.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain the highest standards of surgical practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records, surgical reports, and clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice.
• Mentor and supervise junior surgeons and medical staff where required.
• Maintain compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and professional standards.
