Job summary

Hilton Abu Dhabi is seeking a Wellness Manager to lead our spa and recreation operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless daily service.

You will design wellness menus, coach a motivated team, monitor quality, and drive revenue while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spa and recreation operations, including guest services, product quality, inventory, and budgets.
• Maximize revenue by developing wellness menus and marketing strategies.
• Maintain spa facilities, equipment, and amenities to be clean, safe and functional.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and driving improvements.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards across the operation.

• Oversee spa & recreation operations — Manage daily guest service delivery, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure smooth, efficient, and high‑performing wellness operations.
• Maximize revenue opportunities — Develop wellness and spa menus, introduce innovative programs, and implement marketing and merchandising strategies that drive revenue growth while enhancing the guest experience.
• Maintain wellness facilities — Ensure all spa and recreation areas, equipment, and amenities are well‑maintained, clean, safe, and in excellent working condition.
• Enhance guest satisfaction — Monitor service trends, respond to guest feedback, and implement continuous improvements to elevate the overall wellness journey.
• Inspire and develop the team — Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, support professional development, and recognize achievements to build and retain a motivated, high‑performing wellness team.
• Uphold regulatory standards — Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation requirements, ensuring the highest standards of wellbeing for guests and team members.
