Job summary

Hilton Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Security Officer to protect guests, team members and property while delivering the warm hospitality the brand is known for. You’ll conduct security patrols, identify safety risks, assist investigations, and maintain clear records to support compliance and safe operations, while delivering exceptional guest assistance.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Conduct security patrols - Monitor interior and exterior hotel areas to identify and address safety risks, security threats, and any undesirable conditions that may impact guests or team members.
• Assist with investigations - Carry out preliminary incident investigations by gathering information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting of all security-related events.
• Maintain accurate documentation - Prepare clear, precise security reports and maintain proper records to support compliance and follow‑up actions.
• Respond to emergencies - Support the handling of fires, medical incidents, safety hazards, and security threats with calm, timely, and coordinated action.
• Provide exceptional guest assistance - Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and well cared for throughout their stay.
