Job Summary
The Concierge, Front Office, Fitness & Recovery Lab is a multi-functional guest experience role responsible for creating a seamless, personalized, and high-energy journey for SIRO guests across arrival, stay, fitness, recovery, wellness, and departure. The role combines traditional concierge and Front Office guest services with the ability to confidently guide guests through SIRO’s fitness, recovery and wellness offerings. The colleague acts as a knowledgeable ambassador of the SIRO experience, helping guests make the most of the hotel’s facilities, programs, treatments, and services. This role requiresahighly energetic, service-oriented individual withexcellent communicationskills, strong localknowledge, and agenuine interest infitness, performance, recovery, and well-being.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmlyand create apositive first impressionalignedwith SIRO servicestandards.
- Assist with arrivals, departures, guest requests, luggage, transportation, and generalFront Office support.
- Provide personalized recommendationsfor dining, entertainment, shopping, activities,transportation, and localexperiences.
- Explain available fitnessand recovery lab facilities, equipment,programs, classes, trainingservices, and operatingprocedures.
- Arrange restaurant reservations, transportation, tickets, experiences,and other guestrequests.
- Maintain detailed knowledgeof hotel facilities, services, operating hours, events, anddailyactivities.
- Coordinate with PersonalTrainers, Fitness Coaches, and Therapist specialists tomatch guests withappropriate services.
- Provide information aboutgroup classes, personaltraining, performance assessments, recovery sessions, andother fitness offerings.
- Maintain awareness offacilitycapacity, schedules, bookings, and guest preferences.
- Anticipate guest needsand proactively offerrelevant services andexperiences.
- Buildstrong relationships withguests and recognizerepeat, VIP, andhigh-value guests.
- Handle guest concernsprofessionally and coordinatewith relevantdepartmentsto ensure timelyresolution.
- Maintain accurate guestinformation, preferences, requests, and follow-up actions.
- Support the FrontOffice team duringpeak periods andassist with lobbyoperations as required.
- Act as asingle point ofcontactfor guests seekingsupport acrossFront Office, Fitness, Spa, Recovery, andhotel experiences.
- Understand each guest'spurpose of stay, preferences, fitness interests, and wellness goalswhere voluntarily shared.
- Create personalized recommendationsthat connect differentelements of theSIRO experience.
- Encourage guests todiscover relevant hotelservices without beingoverly sales-driven.
- Followup on requeststo ensure theyhave been completedto the guest'ssatisfaction.
- Record relevant guestpreferences and ensureappropriate handover betweenshiftsand departments.
- Create memorable momentsby anticipating needsand proactively identifyingopportunities for personalization.
Revenue & Upselling
- Promote relevant hotel, fitness, recovery, and wellness experiences.
- Identify opportunities toincrease participationin classes, treatments, training, recovery sessions, and other paidexperiences.
- Explain services accuratelyand confidently, focusingon guest needsand benefits.
- Support the achievementof departmental revenueand conversion targets.
- Work with theFront Office, Fitness, Recovery, and Revenueteams to identifycommercial opportunities.
- Ensure all upsellingis authentic, personalized, and consistent withthe SIRO guestexperience.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma or degreein Hospitality, HotelManagement, Tourism, Fitness, Wellness, or arelated field preferred.
- 2–4 yearsof experiencein Concierge, GuestRelations, Front Office, Spa, Fitness, Wellness, or luxury hospitality.
- Experience in aluxuryhotel, lifestyle hotel, premium fitness club, wellness resort, orsimilar environment ishighly desirable.
- Previous experience workingacross multiple guest-facing functions isan advantage.
- Knowledge or experiencein fitness, wellness, recovery, spa, orperformance environmentsis strongly preferred
- Excellent guest serviceand interpersonal skills.
