As a Welder you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to specifications and blueprints. Your primary goal will be to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to determine welding requirements
• Set up and operate welding equipment including arc and mig-tig machines
• Weld metal components together using various welding techniques
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary repairs or adjustments
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding preferably in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
