This role involves managing multiple website projects, communicating with clients, and coordinating freelancers to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in web project management, has a solid understanding of WordPress and Shopify, and possesses excellent communication skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in web project management, coordination, or team leadership.
• Solid understanding of WordPress/Shopify, basic plugins, hosting, and CMS workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day progress of all active website projects.
• Translate client requirements into clear technical tasks.
• Assign tasks and manage deliverables of remote freelancers.
• Communicate with clients through WhatsApp and email for updates and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain project timelines, milestones, and reports.
• Ensure quality control and conduct testing before delivery.
• Handle revision requests and coordinate post-launch support.
• Set up and manage simple project management tools.
• Hire and onboard new freelancers when workload expands.
• Report directly to the founder with weekly updates.
