Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Web3 Content Creator & Product Education Specialist to develop educational articles, scripts and videos, and build course materials across the Bybit ecosystem.

You will turn new products and platform updates into clear content, tutorials and engaging video content, helping users understand and activate Bybit features. This role requires proven experience in crypto education, scripting, and on-camera delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing educational or explainer content in crypto, blockchain, trading or Web3.
• Strong portfolio of published articles, guides or educational written content, plus on-camera video work.
• Hands-on scripting, presenting, and hosting educational video content.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading products and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Ability to explain complex financial/technical topics simply for retail audiences.
• Experience creating content for beginner audiences.
• Ability to deliver written content from concept to publication and manage video concepts through scripting and presentation.
• Strong project management: multi-deliverable, deadlines, risk/dependency awareness.

Responsibilities

• Write original educational articles, product guides, explainers, tutorials and how-to content covering Bybit products, crypto markets, blockchain, trading and Web3.
• Present complex crypto concepts in clear, practical language for different levels.
• Adapt content for beginner, intermediate and experienced users.
• Explain product value, functionality, risks, use cases and user actions.
• Create course materials, scripts, quizzes and supporting materials aligned with learning journeys.
• Ensure content accuracy and alignment with audience and objectives.
• Independently research, draft, revise and publish written content to publication-ready standards.
• Own deliverables from briefing to publication, coordinating with stakeholders and flagging risks early.
