Job summary

Bybit is seeking an Animator / Video Editor Intern to contribute to live projects from day one, combining motion design and video editing. The role suits an early-career creative who can work independently, with direction and feedback from the team.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in both animation and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to work with and animate designs created in Figma.
• Strong visual judgment across typography, composition, timing, movement, and transitions.
• Good understanding of storytelling and the ability to build a complete video, not only individual scenes.
• Familiarity with modern AI creative tools and workflows.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both editing and animation capabilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently within creative direction.

We’re looking for a talented Animator / Video Editor Intern who already has skills in both video editing and motion design and can contribute to live projects from day one.

This role is suited to an early-career creative who is technically capable and ready to work independently. The team will provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance, while the candidate is expected to already have the core skills required to deliver high-quality work.

Ideal Candidate

An early-career multidisciplinary creative who is already technically proficient, visually strong, and ready to contribute immediately.

You should be confident across editing, animation, design, storytelling, and AI-assisted creative workflows, while continuing to develop through collaboration, feedback, and creative direction from the team.

Major in Motion Graphics / Motion Design, Video Production with a specialization in Post-Production, Animation, or similar creative media programs is preferable
