Kayali is seeking an experienced techno-functional Product Owner to lead a digital platform spanning content-rich website, search, community engagement, and administration tools in the UAE. You will bridge business needs with technology, manage the product roadmap, and own data governance, SEO, analytics, and vendor management.

You will drive hands-on website administration, optimise user journeys, ensure accessibility, and coordinate with AWS, CMS, and development partners to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Platforms.
• Experience managing external software development partners.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CMS-driven websites and digital platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog.
• Translate requirements into user stories and specs.
• Prioritise features based on business value.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions.
• Define and track product KPIs.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and releases with vendors.
• Coordinate UAT and production deployments.
• Oversee delivery across the technology stack.
• Support AWS administration and platform coordination.
• Manage website enhancements and content updates.
• Ensure website performance and accessibility standards.
