Role Overview

The Consultant will lead the development and enhancement of wealth management solutions, focusing on applications such as Advent and Prospero. This role demands deep domain knowledge in wealth and investment operations, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision and roadmap for wealth platforms including Advent and Prospero.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Wealth Tribe, Investment Operations, and IT to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Own the product backlog and ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements (e.g., CPF Annual Regulation, Islamic proposition, ECM integration).
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features such as SIP workflows, trade settlement automation, and incremental load enhancements.
  • Coordinate with vendors for onboarding, solutioning, and production support across Advent and Prospero platforms.
  • Monitor platform performance and resolve issues related to tactical VAT invoicing, trade execution, and fee accruals.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in the Wealth Management domain, preferably within banking or financial services.
  • Hands‑on experience with Advent and Prospero applications; preferable to know the complete working of the application life cycles.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio types, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FINMA, CPF).
  • Technical proficiency in managing integrations, incremental data loads, and platform dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Information Technology.
  • Certifications in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Certifications in Wealth/Investment Banking.
  • Experience with vendor engagement for wealth platforms.
