Urban Ridge Supplies seeks a PLC amp SCADA Engineer to lead design, programming, commissioning, and maintenance of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems for water and wastewater plants. You will integrate instrumentation and field devices, review drawings, and support plant start-up with a focus on reliability and safety.

Required are a Bachelor's in automation/electrical engineering with 5+ years in water/wastewater projects, plus hands-on PLC/SCADA expertise.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in automation/electrical/ electronics/instrumentation engineering.
3–8 years of experience in industrial automation with minimum 5 years on water/wastewater projects.
Experience designing PLC/HMI/SCADA for water/wastewater plants.
Knowledge of Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP and OPC.

Responsabilidades

Design PLC control systems for water and wastewater plants.
Develop PLC software per project specs and FDS.
Design/configure SCADA and HMI for plant monitoring and control.
Prepare control philosophies, IO lists, network architecture, docs.
Review P&IDs, electrical drawings and control panel drawings.
Develop PLC programs for treatment processes.
Configure Modbus/RTU/TCP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, OPC.
Develop graphical SCADA screens and alarms.
Configure historical trending and security roles.
Integrate PLCs with SCADA servers.
Perform FAT/SAT and site commissioning; IO testing and loop checks.
Troubleshoot automation and communication issues; support start-up.
Interface with field instruments and coordinate with electrical/mechanical teams.
Prepare documentation: FDS, operation manuals, commissioning reports, as-builts.
