Job summary

Culligan Middle East is seeking a Water Treatment Project & Service Engineer to support installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems across customer sites in the GCC.

You will execute projects including RO, UF, STP, ETP, MBBR, MBR, and dosing systems, troubleshoot on-site, analyze plant performance, and coordinate with clients and teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute water and wastewater treatment projects, including RO, UF, STP, ETP, MBBR, MBR, and chemical dosing systems.
• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of treatment plants and equipment.
• Conduct water analysis, optimize plant performance, and provide technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
• Prepare technical reports, service documentation, risk assessments, and commissioning records.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance at all times.
• Identify opportunities for additional service, maintenance, and business growth with existing customers.
