Job summary

MENA WATER FZC is seeking a proactive Sales Support Engineer in Sharjah to assist the sales team with tender compilation, technical review, and documentation. The role requires reading AutoCAD drawings and understanding RO/UF/ETP processes, with 1–2 years of related experience.

The candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams, maintain proposal records, and follow up on submitted offers to ensure timely responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, environmental engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment projects, preferably in sales support or tender handling.
• Basic knowledge of RO, UF, ETP and water treatment processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by preparing and compiling technical and commercial tender documents.
• Review client specifications, requirements and technical documents for accurate proposals.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, including AutoCAD drawings, PIDs and equipment layouts.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, datasheets and technical documentation for sales proposals.
• Maintain organized records of proposals, tenders and project documentation.
• Take regular follow-ups from clients for submitted offers to ensure timely response.
