Job summary

The Bussola Group is seeking an attentive washroom attendant in Dubai to maintain spotless guest washrooms and assist guests as needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning, replenishing supplies, and completing checklists while upholding safety and hygiene standards. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are required. UAE OH Card is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Basic English; polite, discreet and well-groomed.
• UAE Occupational Health Card.
• Basic education; no formal qualification required.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and work evening, weekend and holiday shifts.

• Keep guest washrooms clean, stocked and welcoming throughout operating hours.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, basins, mirrors, floors and fixtures to a set schedule (e.g. every 30 minutes at peak).
• Restock soap, tissue, hand towels, fragrances and amenities before they run out.
• Complete and sign the washroom cleaning checklist.
• Greet guests courteously and assist with simple requests.
• Report leaks, blockages, broken fixtures or lost-and-found items to the supervisor at once.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and store them securely.
