Responsibilities

• Team & Shift Management: Plan and manage team schedules, shifts, and manpower allocation; lead, mentor, train, and develop a team of up to 30 members; manage outsourcing resources effectively and control operational costs.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee goods receiving, tallying, and putaway; manage order release, picking, packing, and shipment dispatch.
• Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment collection and handovers; work closely with purchasing teams for PO amendments and releases; liaise with sales operations and business to ensure timely receipt of sales orders.
• 3PL Coordination: Manage and coordinate with 3PL service providers across GCC.
• Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports; record and ensure data accuracy across all transactions; monitor site safety and security in compliance with standards (TAPA, SIRA knowledge preferred); control overall OPEX costs and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in IT distribution.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Proven ability to manage large teams (30+ members) and outsourced resources.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies, TAPA, and SIRA standards is an advantage.
