Job summary

Miral Experiences is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Storekeeper to join our Supply Chain team in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control of materials across our diverse portfolio, including F&B, merchandise, and technical assets.

You will maintain efficiency, safety, and compliance across warehouse functions while handling assets with care and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is essential.
• 1+ year of warehouse or supply chain experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods and verify against purchase orders (3-way match).
• Perform quality checks for expiry, temperature, weight, and packaging.
• Maintain storage standards (dry, chiller, freezer) by product category.
• Issue materials based on requisitions and work orders using FEFO.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy in Maximo.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, thermometers) safely.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and ADFCA food safety standards.
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.

About the Role

This is a key operational role responsible for the accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control of materials across our diverse portfolio — from F&B and merchandise to technical and zoological assets.

You’ll help maintain efficiency, safety, and compliance across all warehouse functions, while ensuring assets are handled with care and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Receive goods and verify delivery against purchase orders (3‑way match)
• Perform quality checks: expiry, temperature, weight, and packaging
• Maintain proper storage standards (dry, chiller, freezer) per product category
• Issue materials based on requisitions and work orders, following FEFO practices
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy in Eatec/Maximo
• Operate equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, thermometers, etc.) safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and ADFCA food safety standards
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (essential)
• 1+ year of warehouse/supply chain experience (essential)

Preferred Skills:

• Handling warehouse machinery (Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck)
• HACCP/ADFCA compliance knowledge
