• 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in IT distribution.
• Strong ability to manage large teams (30+ members) and outsourced resources.
• Familiarity with Lean methodologies, TAPA, and SIRA standards is an advantage.

• Oversee goods receiving, tallying, and putaway.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment collection and handovers.
