Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to establish and oversee our warehouse operations in UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in logistics stock management and team leadership with at least 4-6 years of proven experience in warehouse management in UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage warehouse infrastructure processes and systems for efficient operations.
  
• Oversee all inbound (inward) and outbound (outward) logistics of solar equipment and materials.
  
• Maintain accurate inventory records stock control and timely reporting.
  
• Implement safety security and compliance standards within the warehouse.
  
• Optimize space utilization and ensure proper storage of solar equipment.
  
• Manage a team of warehouse staff including hiring training and performance monitoring.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers transporters and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
  
• Develop SOPs and ensure adherence to company policies and operational efficiency.
  
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy turnaround time and stock discrepancies.

Salary range - upto 9K AED

Preferred Background:
