Job description

Overview

Support and assist in the smooth running of the food & beverage department, delivering guest food & beverage service to the highest levels while adhering to property and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
• Support and deliver on the strategies and objectives of the food service department, taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Develop skills, knowledge and experience within the food service department to align with the company’s culture of growth, development and performance.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department to maintain departmental inventory, achieve productivity targets and attain performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships, communicating with key stakeholders while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure adherence to legislation and due diligence requirements; plan, deliver and document best practice activities for internal and external audit, with follow-up as required.
