As an In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress at Delano Dubai, you will play a vital role in delivering our signature luxury experience directly to our guests’ rooms. You will be responsible for providing prompt, attentive, and personalized service that ensures every guest feels valued and cared for in the comfort of their own space.

• Guest Service: Take and deliver in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently, providing a warm and courteous experience with every interaction.
• Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the in-room dining menu, including specials, to offer recommendations and answer guest queries confidently.
• Order Accuracy: Ensure all orders are correctly prepared, presented, and delivered within expected timeframes, coordinating closely with kitchen and service teams.
• Room Setup: Arrange and present food and beverages neatly and professionally in guest rooms, adhering to hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Guest Engagement: Anticipate guest needs, accommodate special requests, and address any concerns promptly and discreetly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of service equipment and trolley to uphold hygiene and efficiency standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the high standards of Delano Dubai.
