Job summary

Woopel in El-Ain, Egypt is hiring a Waiter/Waitress to provide an exceptional dining experience. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure satisfaction by serving timely dishes and beverages.

This role requires strong communication, a customer‑oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including weekends are expected; visa is required as accommodation isn’t provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Present menus and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals.
• Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meal.
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns with a professional attitude.
• Process payments using cash or credit cards accurately.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service to our guests.
