Waiter/Waitress in El-Ain, Egypt

We are hiring a waiter/waitress to join our team in El-Ain, Egypt. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will take food and beverage orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payment transactions. This position requires strong communication skills in English, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks to guests
• Handle payment transactions
• Maintain clean and organized tables and dining area
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest concerns or requests
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to guests
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Must be Egyptian national or have valid work permit for Egypt
