With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders.
• Checks for food allergies and explains the food menus.
• Offers food substitutes if necessary.
• Verifies age restrictions for alcohol orders.
• Relays accurate food orders to the chefs.
• Ensures service is reliable, fast and of high quality.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
• Presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service.
• Willing to work flexible hours and on-call cases.
• Dynamic, able to adopt the challenging and multicultural working environment and establish good working relationships.
• Excellent spoken and written English required.
