We are seeking a professional and friendly Waiter / Waitress to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specials
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently, adhering to established service standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures of the restaurant
  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality
  • Adapt to varying work schedules and assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a 4-5 star hotel or upscale restaurant setting (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
