Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and delivering food promptly.
- Maintain high hygiene standards, follow safety guidelines, and keep dining areas clean.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and resolve guest inquiries.
- Utilize selling techniques to upsell menu items and enhance guest experience.
- Manage waitlists, respond to guest questions, and monitor guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, and cash handling preferred.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and time management are required.
- Previous café, restaurant, or high-end hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; fluency in Russian and other languages may be an asset.
- Immediate availability and willingness to work in UAE hotels and restaurants.
