Job summary

One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our luxury F&B team. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menus, check for allergies, and relay accurate orders to the chefs to ensure fast, high-quality service.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in luxury resorts or five-star hotels, be presentable, a strong team player, and have excellent English. Flexible hours and on-call shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and drink orders accurately.

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Waiter/Waitress to join our F&B team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests. Where you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, checking for food allergies, explaining the food menus, offering food substitutes if necessary, verifying the age restrictions for alcohol orders and relaying accurate food orders to the chefs. You will ensure that service is reliable, fast and of high quality.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Restaurant Supervisor and should have at least 1 year experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/she must be presentable, highly dedicated and a great team player with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours and on-call cases. Dynamic, able to adopt the challenging and multicultural working environment as well as able to establish good working relationships. Excellent spoken and written English will be required.
