Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at every stage.
• Monitor tables and respond promptly to guest needs, addressing any concerns or requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, following health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support smooth operation during busy service periods.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions in accordance with The Meydan Hotel's procedures.
