Job summary

PPOAR in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced or entry-level Waiter to join our team. The role requires delivering friendly, professional service, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi without sponsorship is required, with a competitive 1400 AED monthly salary and opportunities to grow with the team. The position supports flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and emphasizes teamwork and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a waiter/server role preferred, but candidates with no experience will be considered.
• Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi without visa sponsorship.
• Excellent communication skills, with English preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 kg.
• Positive attitude toward customer service and teamwork is essential.
• Willingness to assist other staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare drinks, salads and desserts as needed.
• Serve food items to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure the restaurant space remains clean and organized.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Assist other staff as required.
• Upsell menu items following established procedures.
