Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We are hiring a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jabal-Ali. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them during their meal
• Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism
• Clear tables and clean up after guests leave
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to provide outstanding service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
