A leading satellite manufacturing company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a VP of Business Development to drive growth and establish a strong market presence. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years in sales within the MENA region, especially in government and defence sectors. Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience selling complex hardware in the MENA region.
  • Extensive network and track record in the government and defence sectors.
  • Understanding of procurement processes in the government sector.
  • Experience in running a sales or business development team.
  • Start-up mentality with fast-paced execution.
  • Understanding of the space industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities from inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
  • Provide information about satellite manufacturing services to customers.
  • Formulate tailored proposals to articulate value proposition.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts aligned with customer needs.
  • Maintain relationships with customers throughout program lifecycles.
  • Provide insights to inform future products and capabilities.
