Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, digital transformation, or agile delivery roles.
• Minimum 5+ years in a senior product owner or leadership role within an agile organization.
• 3+ years in wealth management, private banking, or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate execution of the Wealth Transformation roadmap.
• Drive client engagement and satisfaction through digital experiences.
• Champion a culture of agility and innovation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager

Agile, Lean, or Design Thinking credentials

CFA, CFP, or other wealth management certifications
