Job summary

RAKBANK is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Lending Product Manager to define and deliver the digital lending vision across personal loans, mortgages, and auto finance. You will own product performance, customer outcomes, and commercial success, aligning digital strategies with retail banking objectives.

In this leadership role, you will guide cross-functional squads, optimize end-to-end customer journeys, and drive analytics-based improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Product Management, Lending, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Minimum 5 years leading digital products, agile squads, or customer journey transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and customer experience programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the digital lending vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Drive digital growth across Personal Loans, Mortgages, and Auto Finance products.
• Own product performance, customer outcomes, and commercial success across lending journeys.
• Align digital product strategy with broader retail banking and business objectives.
• Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end lending customer journeys using Human-Centred Design principles.
• Lead a cross-functional digital squad including Product, Technology, Design, Data, Testing, and Delivery teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs covering customer experience, conversion, adoption, straight-through processing, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
