Job summary
EDGE in Abu Dhabi seeks a VP – Cluster PMO to lead portfolio governance across the Cluster, aligning programmes with strategic objectives and delivering oversight of performance, risks and delivery across multiple entities.
Working with senior stakeholders, you will drive governance standards and portfolio discipline, enabling timely decisions and elevating PMO capability across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project/Programme Management, Strategy, or related discipline.
- 15+ years’ experience across programme management, portfolio management, PMO, strategy execution or transformation.
- Experience in defence, technology, government or highly regulated sectors at enterprise level.
- PMO leadership with senior stakeholder interaction and governance experience.
- Recognised project/programme management certification such as PMP, MSP or PgMP.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of the combined portfolio across all Cluster entities.
- Drive governance and performance management across the Cluster portfolio.
- Deliver senior oversight of major programmes and initiatives.
- Support executive decision-making with timely analysis and recommendations.
- Drive coordination across entities to align priorities and dependencies.
