Job summary

EDGE in Abu Dhabi seeks a Specialist – Strategic Projects (LAHAB) to drive organizational transformation and excellence. You will define, lead, and monitor high-impact internal initiatives, shaping governance frameworks and reporting progress to executives and partners in the GCC region.

Requirements include 3–5+ years in strategic project management, bilingual Arabic/English, and strong experience with governance, KPIs, and PM tools (MS Project, Jira).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Defence Studies.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory for executive reporting and engagement with local authorities in the GCC region.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in strategic project management, PMO, or in-house consulting, ideally in manufacturing or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Define and scope high-impact strategic projects focused on internal development, process optimisation, and organisational change.
• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives within a technology-driven manufacturing environment.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and risks to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and governance frameworks.
• Support design and rollout of PMO methodologies and governance structures.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and project health.
• Facilitate organisational change management for seamless adoption of new structures.
