Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced VP – Business Intelligence & Analytics to design, build, and scale the organization’s BI capabilities and analytics program.

You will personally develop Tableau dashboards used by C‑suite executives, define semantic and data modeling layers, and lead a team of BI developers to deliver trusted insights across the enterprise. Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on BI or analytics experience.
• Experience delivering executive dashboards for CxOs and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success rolling out self-service BI at enterprise scale with governed datasets and semantic layers.
• Deep Tableau expertise (Desktop, Server/Cloud) with scalable deployment.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining analytical and dimensional data models (star, snowflake, hybrid).
• Hands-on leadership, mentoring, and acting as a technical authority for BI teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for C‑suite executives and senior leadership.
• Actively optimize performance, usability, and scalability of BI dashboards and reporting.
• Architect and roll out self‑service BI capabilities with governed datasets and semantic layers.
• Define BI standards, templates, and best practices ensuring governance and data quality.
• Drive BI adoption and analytics literacy across business functions.
• Design and maintain advanced analytical data models optimized for BI consumption.
• Write advanced SQL and Python to support complex transformations and analytics logic.
• Lead, advise, and mentor junior BI developers with hands‑on guidance.
• Establish development standards, code reviews, and dashboard design guidelines.
• Ensure dashboards are trusted, explainable, and aligned with enterprise definitions.
• Act as a technical authority for BI platforms and enterprise metrics.
