Job summary

A leading technology company in Dubai is seeking a Business Operations Executive with 5 years of experience in Sales and Channel Operations Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis and communication, with a strong proficiency in MS Office tools. This role requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to engage with teams across different time zones, focusing on achieving sales objectives and maintaining data integrity. Travel is not required.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven success in Sales/Channel Operations Management.
  • Experience in Inside Sales related to Tele sales is preferable.
  • Professional working fluency in English.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Role
1. Reports and follow-up
  • Develop and maintain reports dashboards and analytics.
  • Work closely with across functions in TFG
  • Vendor rebate and claim tracking
  • Daily Sales Team Calendar and Meeting monitor
  • Daily Sales Order Tracker and Red Flags
  • Weekly sales achievement publishing to People Managers
  • Weekly Stock and Aging achievement publishing
  • Monthly Price List and Sales Promos (Focus / Aging / Vendor Program)
  • Monthly Partner mailing of Product List
  • Coordinate with PM and Finance for Vendor claims Claims Aging POE / POC capture etc.
2. Sales Data and Analysis
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within performance reports.
  • Analyze Volume Team Qtr HY and Annual KPIs to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Implement automation using CRM and PRM tools (e.g. workflows approvals)
  • Channel related business data collection
  • Provide prompt response and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams Ops PM Purchase to ensure successful SLA executions of Volume Orders
  • Participate in Sales meetings reviews and release MoMs

Highly driven accountable Business Operations Executive with a collaborative mindset and success orientation

Bold yet consultative approach - a strong ability to engage and pursue TFG's aggressive and remote/ different time zone-based teams across ME and Africa

No preference on Gender / Age / Physical disability (unless impeding role deliverables)

Experience: 5 years of proven success in Sales / Channel Operations Management

Preferably from Inside Sales experience of a large product related Tele sales

Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Analysis communication and presentation particularly using MS Office including Excel and Data base tools

Language: Professional working fluency both verbal and written English
