Job Summary
Our client is seeking a results‑driven and technically adept VoIP Engineer with over 4 years of hands‑on experience in designing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise‑grade VoIP solutions. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in configuring SIP trunks, deploying and managing Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and maintaining complex IP PBX systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize VoIP solutions for enterprise environments
- Configure and manage SIP trunks with major service providers
- Deploy and manage Session Border Controllers (SBCs) for secure VoIP communications
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex IP PBX systems across various platforms, including:
- Grandstream UCM
- Yeastar S‑Series
- 3CX v20+
- Asterisk FreePBX
- Troubleshoot call routing issues and implement dial plans
- Ensure network QoS for VoIP traffic and integrate voice solutions with legacy systems and modern unified communication environments
Required Skills
- SIP Trunking (Registration, Authentication, NAT Traversal)
- Session Border Controller (SBC) Configuration & Security
- IP PBX Platforms (configuration and management)
- Call Routing & Dial Plan Logic
- VoIP Protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP, T.38)

- Network Diagnostics & Packet Analysis (Wireshark, sngrep)
- VoIP Monitoring & Troubleshooting (logs, CDR, SIP traces)
