Job summary

Miral Experiences seeks a Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager to drive high-standard retail visuals across its Abu Dhabi attractions. You will lead VM execution, ensure brand-aligned layouts, and collaborate with retail teams to enhance guest journeys and commercial results.

The role requires 2–4 years of VM experience, prior leadership, and strong English communication. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred to support campaigns and store refreshes.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Visual Merchandising experience in retail/attractions/ similar environments.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of visual merchandising standards across assigned locations.
• Ensure product placement and store layouts align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct floor walks and implement improvement actions.
• Collaborate with retail teams to maintain high presentation standards.
• Support seasonal campaigns, store refreshes, and product launches.
• Monitor retail performance trends and contribute to growth.
• Deliver visual merchandising training and onboarding for new team members.
• Maintain VM reporting and related administrative documentation.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager to support the delivery of exceptional retail experiences across one of our leading attractions in Abu Dhabi.

Reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising & Store Design, you will be responsible for executing visual merchandising strategies, maintaining high presentation standards, and partnering with retail teams to create engaging customer journeys that drive commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of visual merchandising standards across assigned retail locations.
• Ensure product placement, brand adjacencies, and store layouts align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Conduct regular floor walks, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement action plans.
• Collaborate with retail operations and key stakeholders to maintain best-in-class visual standards.
• Support seasonal campaigns, store refreshes, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor retail performance trends and contribute to business growth through effective visual merchandising.
• Deliver visual merchandising training and support onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain VM reporting, fixture inventories, and related administrative documentation.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of Visual Merchandising experience within retail, attractions, theme parks, or a similar environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, customer journey, and retail operations.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred

• Qualification in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working across multiple retail locations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
