Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee the store portfolio in Dubai, ensuring displays align with brand guidelines and drive commercial results.

You will lead VM calendar creation, coordinate procurement of window displays and POS, and liaise with internal stakeholders to maximise store potential. A 5-year VM background is required with arts education.

Qualifications

• Graduate in fine or commercial arts with relevant VM experience.
• Minimum 5 years in VM/merchandising.
• Ability to develop data-driven display strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store portfolio is merchandised to brand VM standards across the portfolio.
• Create VM calendar for each brand and monitor display effectiveness.
• Coordinate procurement, installation of window displays, props and POS.
• Collaborate with procurement and suppliers for high-quality materials.
• Provide monthly photo reports to brands and develop training materials.

Job Description:

Manage visual presentation of store portfolio. Ensure stores are regularly visited and merchandised in line with brand guidelines and business needs. Manage procurement and installation of window displays, props and POS in timely, efficient manner. Liaise with all stakeholders on regular basis.

Responsibilities

• To ensure store portfolio is merchandised to the highest standard in line with brand VM strategy
• Create VM calendar for each brand
• Monitor effectiveness of displays and windows and plan changes if necessary
• Make data driven decisions and work with internal stakeholders to maximise commercial potential of stores
• Adapt brand driven visual concepts in line with store design and mall guidelines
• Work with procurement department and suppliers to produce high quality display materials and POS
• Have good knowledge of current fashions and trends. Create strategies to implement them in store displays. Make regular competitor visits and report on latest trends.
• Develop strong relationships with brand VM teams
• Provide monthly photo reports to brands
• Develop training materials and conduct regular VM training sessions with staff and management
• Provide VM support for external events and marketing activations
• Manage installation of window props, displays and other POS
• Manage VM visit schedule of subordinates.
