Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Abu Dhabi seeks a talented photographer/videographer to create compelling content for our coffee, bakery, and F&B brands. You will join a dynamic team, translating creative briefs into platform-ready visuals across campaigns, events, and activations.

Responsibilities include producing high-quality photography and video, editing reels and social content, and collaborating with brand, marketing, and outlet teams to maintain a strong visual identity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in photography, videography or related creative field.
• Strong portfolio showing photography, videography and short-form content.
• Understanding of food and beverage photography/videography.
• Experience with professional cameras, lighting, composition, framing.
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut).
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Reels and short-form formats.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photography and videography for multiple coffee and F&B brands.
• Shoot and edit Reels, Stories, short-form videos, social posts, and campaign content.
• Produce content featuring coffee, beverages, food, bakery, outlets, and events.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content of coffee prep, latte art, food prep, baking, and pastry production.
• Plan and execute shoots based on briefs and content plans.
• Develop fresh creative concepts while maintaining brand identity.
• Stay updated on social media and hospitality trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brand & Marketing Manager and outlet teams.
