Confidential is seeking a creative Photo/Videographer to plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, social media, internal events, and company projects.

You will manage video projects end-to-end, from concept and storyboarding to editing, color, audio, and final delivery, ensuring brand standards and compelling storytelling.

A strong portfolio and proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and camera gear are essential.

Qualificações

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Photo/Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content for corporate communications, marketing campaigns, social media, internal events, and company projects.

The candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a good eye for visuals, and the ability to manage video projects from concept to final delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and produce professional videos for corporate and marketing purposes.
• Cover company events, facilities, employee activities, training
• Ensure high-quality video footage, lighting, sound, and composition.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand video requirements and objectives.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into engaging and professional videos.
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and animations where required.
• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final video polishing.
• Create videos in different formats for websites, social media, presentations, and internal platforms.
• Ensure all final videos meet company branding and quality standards.

3. Creative Development

• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
• Suggest new video ideas and content formats to support marketing and communication goals.
• Stay updated with current videography, editing, and social media trends.
• Help maintain a consistent corporate visual identity across video content.

4. Project Management

• Manage video projects from pre-production to final delivery.
• Prepare shooting plans, schedules, and required equipment.
• Maintain organized video files, footage, project files, and media assets.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Company Requirements

Education & Experience

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing.
• Experience in corporate videography, marketing content, or social media production is preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video shooting and editing skills.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom or similar Video/Photo editing software.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Experience with professional cameras, lenses, microphones, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
• Ability to produce content for different platforms and aspect ratios.
