Position Overview

This role involves teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, engaging in academic research, and contributing to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in Hospitality & Tourism subjects.
  • Develop and update course materials in line with academic standards and industry trends.
  • Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.
  • Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning, review, and development.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and professional development programs.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, research, and publications relevant to the field.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners to enhance learning outcomes and employability.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
  • Proven teaching experience in higher education (minimum 2–3 years preferred)
  • Strong background in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in using learning management systems and technology-enhanced teaching methods.
