The Dean will provide visionary leadership to ensure high-quality teaching, impactful research and strong engagement with media and digital innovation at regional and international levels.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent terminal degree in media studies or related field.
• Five+ years in senior academic leadership at an accredited university.
• Distinguished record in teaching, research and publications in media and communication.
• Experience in strategic planning, program development and quality assurance.
• Strong networks with media organizations, government and industry partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Collaborate with faculty, university leadership, industry partners and government stakeholders.
