Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in the UAE is seeking an Officer - Virtual Business Support to join the team. You will be the first point of contact in the virtual branch, delivering accurate product information and assisting customers to resolve issues to high standards.

You will also provide standard and ad hoc reporting to business units, adhere to policies, and participate in change initiatives while ensuring service quality in remote operations. Bilingual English/Arabic required.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High School Degree in related subject.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Bi-lingual English and Arabic with strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in virtual branch and provide consistent and accurate product information and service in order to proactively resolve customer issues/complaints to the required standards.
• Perform care and diligence to protect the virtual Bank from loss and ensure policies are followed.
• Provide standardised and ad hoc reporting services to business units per SLAs and report inconsistencies to the line manager.
• Manage and motivate the team to contribute to change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with bank standards.
• Adhere to policies and SOPs to deliver the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
