Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeping Supervisor for a VIP private family residence in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role oversees housekeeping staff, ensuring the residence remains immaculate and confidential at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ senior housekeeping experience, preferably for VIP/private families or luxury residences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive situations with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as required.
• Experience in luxury housekeeping standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all areas of the residence are kept immaculate.
• Develop and oversee cleaning schedules and procedures tailored to the needs of a VIP private family.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and household equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with health, safety, and confidentiality standards appropriate to a private residence.
• Coordinate with other household staff and external service providers as needed.
• Address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
