Job summary

Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City - SSMC seeks an experienced VIP/Executive Health Coordinator to support the Royal/VIP division. You will work with the Sr. Coordinator, physicians, and staff to coordinate high-profile patient services while ensuring privacy and excellence in care.

The role requires 2–3 years of healthcare facility experience, with GCC VIP exposure preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and discretion are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare facility.
• Experience working with VIP/Exec patients within GCC region.
• High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree or Diploma preferred.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Sr. Coordinator in resolving complaints or incidents concerning Royal/VIP patients.
• Escorts patients during visits, delivers medications, informs follow-ups and estimates of cost as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and requests.
• Coordinates with Sr. Coordinator and clinical staff to manage patient care and respond to requests.
• Represents the department in meetings and maintains relationships with staff and external partners.
