Job summary

Trafalgar Luxury Group is seeking a Sales Associate to join our luxury retail team in Abu Dhabi. You will provide exceptional customer service, guide clients, and drive in-store sales while maintaining a premium shopping experience.

Responsibilities include advising on watches and jewelry, handling POS transactions, and supporting VIP customers with personalized service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are a must.
• Experience in luxury retail sales with VIP customer handling in watches and jewelry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic math and experience using a POS system.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Offer product information and guidance to customers in stores.
• Understand customer needs to recommend products or services that meet their requirements.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products including features, benefits and usage.
• Build customer database and follow-up with VIP customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and displays.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, cards and other methods.
• Address inquiries, concerns and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store success.
• Stay updated on promotions and product launches to communicate to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
