Job summary

A leading global hospitality company is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to ensure an exceptional experience for VIP Guests at their Abu Dhabi location. The successful candidate will have prior managerial experience in customer service, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. This role is critical in managing Guest feedback and maintaining high service standards in the lobby and executive lounge.

Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience in a customer service function.
  • Ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs.
  • High level of IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the needs of VIP and long-stay Guests.
  • Direct Guests who enter the lobby area.
  • Respond to all Guest queries efficiently.
  • Resolve Guest or customer complaints promptly.
